KRFC Beer Festival 2022

General Information:

PAY TO GET IN AND THEN PAY FOR YOUR TOKENS – Nobody will be served who is not wearing a wrist band, security will also be checking for wrist bands.

WRIST BANDS ARE FOR THE DAY ONLY – NO WEEKEND WRIST BANDS – DIFFERENT COLOUR WRIST BAND EACH DAY.

WRIST BANDS WILL BE USED TO MANAGE NUMBERS WITHIN OUR LICENSE. SO MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO GET THERE EARLY!

Admission Charges:

Saturday:

ADMISSION - £5 per person (over 18’s) ALL PAY – CHILDREN FOC

(£5 includes wristband for the day/evening, FREE glass, Festival Programme and a £1 donation to the Club’s Charity of Choice – Cransley Hospice Trust, and listening to the bands)

TOKENS £4 each – 1 TOKEN = 1 DRINK (Bottles of wine or Prosecco 4 TOKENS)

Band line up and timings for KRFC Beer & Music Festival, Saturday:

1:00 - 2:30 Drumbluey

3:00 - 4:30 TBC

5:00 - 6:30 Hire em Fire em Band

7:00 - 8:30 The Retro.

9:00 - 11:00 Point Blank.

As usual, all musical tastes covered, new bands appearing and old favourites welcomed back!

2:00 - 3:30 Us and Floyd

4:00 - 5:30 The 6/5ths Band

Food Bar - Cash or Card accepted gratefully!

Camping: TWO AREAS:

TRAINING PITCH – TENTS ONLY, no cars allowed, car parking on bottom half of RoadSide Pitch. NO NEED TO BOOK

ROADSIDE PITCH - Top half area will be marked out for Caravans and Camper Vans, no tents allowed and no cars. PLEASE BOOK YOUR PLACE contact peter.may@ketteringrugbyclub.com to book a place for your caravan or camper. All Caravans and Camper Vans to be in situ by 6pm Friday.

CHESIL BANK PITCH – Marked off, no parking as game being played on Saturday afternoon.

Car Parking: At bottom end of Roadside Pitch – only staff cars allowed around Clubhouse.

This event is a major fundraiser for Kettering Rugby Club and any surplus will be re-invested in providing community rugby facilities at the club!
